As a Junior-Mid Node.js Developer, your duties will be the following:
- Develop and maintain high-quality user interfaces for web applications using Node.js.
- Write clean, modular, and efficient code that follows industry best practices and adheres to company coding standards.
- Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability, ensuring a high level of performance and user experience.
- Utilize version control tools, specifically Git and GitHub, to maintain and manage project code repositories, including code reviews, branching, and merging.
- Participate in the Agile development process, including attending daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure that our applications stay ahead of the curve.
- Collaborate with the design and product teams to ensure that the developed user interfaces align with the established design specifications and meet user needs.
- Assist in the estimation, planning, and execution of development tasks and projects, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.
As a Junior-Mid Node.js Developer, you need to have the following skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1+ year(s) of professional experience as a Backend Developer.
- Experience with Node.js and related build tools, such as Webpack, Babel, and npm.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Good knowledge of RDBMS systems including data modeling, querying, and optimization for efficient data retrieval.
- Familiarity with responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility best practices.
- Knowledge of performance optimization techniques and a focus on creating efficient, scalable web applications.
