The role entails being the representative of Corporate Security within a designated geographic Area of Responsibility (AOR) in JTI Mexico. This individual serves as a security advisor to the AOR and is an integral member of the JTI Mexico Market Corporate Security Team.
The main function is to offer security assistance to all JTI business entities, operations, and projects within the specified AOR. This assistance encompasses various aspects of the security program, involving its creation, evaluation, and continuous maintenance with a focus on risk assessment and cost-effectiveness, ultimately enhancing value for the AOR.
What you'll do
Key responsibilities encompass supporting the Corporate Security Manager Mexico in:
- Risk assessment & Crisis management
- Personnel security (including travel, event, and executive security)
- Effective and efficient financial management of the market security programs
- Fostering effective collaborations with internal stakeholders
- Local law enforcement
- And business partners within the Area Of Responsibility
The role also involves evaluating and enhancing physical security arrangements through the utilization of security audit programs, conducting background checks, due diligence, and investigations.
Who we are looking for in you?
- Completion of secondary school or equivalent
- At least 3 years’ military, law enforcement or intelligence experience, or private sector corporate security experience.
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Vehicle Driving (drivers license required) and extensive knowledge of the city
- Ability to work under pressure
- Intermediate or Advanced English and fluent Spanish
- Very good communication skills, Goal oriented, and Responsible
